I made some slight changes to Roch scripts :
- Added registration of Microsoft.SQL to the management subnet
- Use only one Virtual Networ instead of 2
- Use 3 of subnets instead of 2 : Management, VDI (and RDS host) and UAG
- Changed Register-AzureRmResourceProvider for Register-AzResourceProvider
